In-House developed 24-bit R2R DAC | Desktop Hi-Fi Level Performance
EC Zero T follows the trend set by Shanlings desktop DACs and brings the unique R2R DAC to the worlds of portable CD players. 24-bit architecture with 192 high-precision 0.1% resistors, offering such a distinctively sounding alternative to basic Deltya-Sigma DAC designs. And with extra non-oversampling / oversampling switching to further experiment with the ideal sound reproduction.
Pair of JAN6418 Tubes | Inspired by Shanlings Heritage
A pair of low-voltage and power-efficient tubes, suspended in a custom-designed anti-shock structure to eliminate all microphonics and vibrations, adding extra charm to the sound of EC Zero T. Recreating the classic combination of CD players and tubes, so typical for the early days of Shanling.
TPA6120A2 High-Current Op-Amp
Balanced headphone amplifier based around a pair of our favourite TPA6120 op-amps, combined with the Panasonic tantalum capacitors. The proved key to the natural-sounding, yet highly powerful output of Shanling devices.
