Black Friday Price Promise – Terms & Conditions
We want you to shop with confidence this Black Friday. If the price of an eligible product you buy from Peter Tyson drops during our Black Friday Price Promise period, we’ll refund you the difference, subject to the terms below.
- Our Black Friday Price Promise applies to eligible products purchased directly from Peter Tyson between 30th October and 5th December 2026 inclusive.
- If we reduce the advertised price on petertyson.co.uk of an eligible product you’ve purchased during this period, we’ll refund you the difference.
- We’ll compare the final price you paid with the new, lower advertised Peter Tyson price.
- The lower price must be for the same product and model, and the product must still be available to buy directly from Peter Tyson at that price when you make your claim.
- PT VIP prices count too. If you were a registered PT VIP member when you made your original purchase and are eligible for the relevant VIP price, you can claim against that price.
- Discounts available through Blue Light Card, voucher or promotional codes, employee or corporate discount schemes, cashback offers, or other targeted or third-party discounts are not included in the Price Promise.
- Obvious pricing errors or incorrectly advertised prices are excluded.
- The Price Promise applies to brand-new products purchased directly from Peter Tyson. Pre-Loved, Graded, Refurbished, Nearly New and Special Order products are not included.
- Purchases made through third-party marketplaces, such as Amazon and eBay, are not eligible.
- Your Peter Tyson order must have been completed and paid for in full.
- The Price Promise covers the purchase price of the product only. Delivery charges, installation, services, warranties and other additional products or services are not included.
- We may withdraw or amend the Black Friday Price Promise, but this will not affect valid qualifying purchases already made while the Price Promise was advertised.
- The Black Friday Price Promise is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
How to make a claim
- Making a claim is simple. Email [email protected] and include:
- your Peter Tyson order number
- the product you’re claiming for
- the price you paid
- the lower Peter Tyson price you’re claiming against
- Please make your claim by 5th December 2026, while the lower price is still available on our website.
- Once your claim has been approved, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method within 14 working days.
Here at Peter Tyson our team of experts are constantly looking at the best prices to offer our customers. If you find the same product offered at a lower price from a reputable competitor, Amazon or eBay we will try to match that price where possible.
Terms & Conditions
- Our Price Match Policy covers the matching of prices for in-stock items and excludes any clearance, open box or refurbished lines.
- Price matching is applicable when we can verify the price, product availability, and your eligibility to purchase from the competitor.
- Our commitment extends to matching prices where possible. We do not match trade prices, those exclusively to VIP or loyalty programs, or third-party marketplace seller prices.
- Exclusive discounts, such as those for staff, students, or Bluelight are not included in our price matching policy.
- To qualify for a price match, the competitor's product must share the same model number as ours and be the same specification.
- We reserve the right to refuse a price match if we are offering any value add promotions such as extended warranty, free items or interest free finance.
- Both our store and the competitor's store must have the product in stock and ready for delivery at the time of the price match request
- While we strive to provide competitive pricing, we cannot always offer a price match and reserve the right to do so at our discretion.
