Here at Peter Tyson our team of experts are constantly looking at the best prices to offer our customers. If you find the same product offered at a lower price from a reputable competitor, we will try to match that price where possible.

Terms & Conditions

Our Price Match Policy covers the matching of prices for in-stock items and excludes any clearance, open box or refurbished lines. Price matching is applicable when we can verify the price, product availability, and your eligibility to purchase from the competitor.

• Our commitment extends to matching prices from any UK retailer however, we do not match trade prices, those exclusively available to paid membership or loyalty subscription services, or third-party marketplace seller prices.
• Exclusive discounts, such as those for staff, students, or NHS personnel, are not included in our price matching policy.
• To qualify for a price match, the competitor's product must share the same model number as ours.
• Both our store and the competitor's store must have the product in stock and ready for delivery at the time of the price match request.
• We retain the right to decline a price match request if we suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorised reseller involvement.

Black Friday Terms & Conditions

• Buy any new product between 1st November and 30th November from petertyson.co.uk
• If you see the pricing cheaper in November from Peter Tyson we will refund you the difference.
• Claims must state invoice number on any correspondence and be sent to [email protected]
• The 'price difference' shall be calculated as the full price paid for the 'product' minus the 'product' sale price.
• To be eligible to apply, any products must have been purchased as brand new from Peter Tyson.
• Your order must have been completed and paid in full to be eligible.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days of making a claim.
• Purchases via 3rd party market place websites are not eligible.
• Peter Tyson reserves the right to withdraw Black Friday Price Promise at any time without prior written notice or amend the price promise terms.
• Please note that our Black Friday Price Promise does not apply to products purchased as a “trade-in”, any “special orders”, or “Nearly New” products.
