TT-1

An Advanced Choice
The TT-1 is a mid-range digital audio transport from Matrix Audio, inheriting the brand's core technologies while allowing room for future upgrades. Whether for audiophiles seeking improved sound quality or enthusiasts looking to elevate their digital source, the TT-1 is an excellent addition to a high-performance audio system.

Inheriting and Upgrading
The TT-1 introduces Matrix Audio's new family design language and features the same Hi-Fi streaming hardware as the M Series. With an upgraded processing core and enhanced display, it delivers an improved experience for both the ears and the eyes.

Continuous Evolution | Easier to Use
The continually evolving MA Player Hi-Fi Streamer OS and MA Remote App offer seamless compatibility with iOS and Android devices. Whether using a smartphone or tablet, listeners can enjoy a smooth and intuitive control experience.

Enjoy Local and Cloud Music
The TT-1 supports NAS drive mounting, allowing users to build a music library directly from network-attached storage. Music stored in cloud services, such as Baidu Netdisk, can also be mounted directly on the device for convenient access.

Shareable Internal Storage
With SMB protocol support, computers on the same network can easily access the TT-1's storage, simplifying music library management. The device can also function as a NAS, allowing other streamers on the network to play stored music seamlessly.

Smart Wake-Up and Trigger Control
The TT-1 can wake automatically for local music playback or online streaming. Its trigger connection can also switch on a connected DAC or amplifier, providing convenient, automated system control without manual intervention.

Dual Femtosecond Clocks
The TT-1 features two ultra-low-phase-noise femtosecond clocks, each dedicated to the clock reference for either 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz sampling rates and their multiples. Independent low-noise linear regulators supply power to the clocks, while FPGA-based intelligent control manages frequency division and switching automatically. This design provides a solid foundation for low-jitter digital audio output.

Multiple Interfaces
Optical, coaxial, AES/EBU and IIS-LVDS outputs allow the TT-1 to connect to a range of digital audio devices, including DACs and amplifiers. When connected to active speakers with digital inputs, the digital volume control can also be enabled, allowing convenient volume adjustment without the need for a separate speaker controller.

A Dedicated Interface for Lossless Audio
The TT-1 features a dedicated USB DAC interface optimised to reduce transmission noise. With carefully calibrated transmission impedance, it is designed to preserve signal integrity at the physical transmission layer, helping retain the detail and fidelity of the audio.

Flexible Connection Options
For situations where a wired connection is inconvenient, the TT-1's Wi-Fi 6 connectivity offers a convenient alternative. For optimal sound quality and stable performance when streaming high-resolution audio, a wired connection is recommended where practical.

Option for Linear Power
The TT-1 features a dedicated DC power input, allowing users to explore its performance potential with an external linear power supply. When external and AC power are connected simultaneously, the system prioritises the external supply and disconnects the AC power, retaining only the ground connection. The TT-1 also incorporates a power filter and multiple low-noise LDO regulators to supply individual circuit sections independently, helping ensure clean and stable power delivery.
