The R7i-LR in-wall speaker from Perlisten delivers flagship-level performance in a compact 111mm aluminium enclosure. Featuring the advanced DPC-Array with three 26mm silk domes and custom HPF bass drivers, it ensures precise directivity, smooth treble, and accurate timbre matching across the R-Series. THX Dominus and Ultra LCR certified, the R7i-LR is ideal for LCR or LR placement in medium to large home theatres. It combines cutting-edge engineering with seamless integration for immersive, high-fidelity sound.

R7i-LR

The R7i-LR is the latest addition to the R series of in-wall speakers, representing the pinnacle of the series. It performs just like the R7t regarding Perlisten’s directivity control, but is built into an all-aluminium cabinet that is just 111mm (4.4″) deep.

Overview
The next level in-wall with Directivity control to even lower frequencies while enabling a DPC array and timbre matching not only in the raw materials but in the critical frequency response, power response, and phase. Based on the R5t tower, the R5i-LR is THX Dominus surround and Ultra LCR certified. A true value in the medium-sized home theatre in-wall compared to almost any in-wall on the market, and can be utilized as an LCR with an acoustically transparent screen or as an LR in the Media room.

It's all in the details
The R7i-LR features Perlisten's proprietary DPC-Array, which controls mid-to-high frequencies using three 26mm silk dome tweeters, ensuring excellent directivity control and timbre matching with all R-Series speakers. All transducers are developed from the ground up by Perlisten's engineers, leveraging decades of research to culminate in this world-class design. We teamed up with companies in the USA and Sweden to bring modern material science to hi-fi. Utilizing advanced COMSOL acoustic modelling, Perlisten's DPC array is the result of 18 months of painstaking simulations and prototyping. The result is one of the most technologically advanced loudspeakers available. This new tweeter/waveguide DPC-Array delivers exceptional accuracy, smoothness, and directivity control, enabling it to handle the critical vocal range and delicate treble with precision. All R-Series speakers share the same DPC-Array and benefit from Perlisten's unique timbre matching technique across the entire series. Custom bass drivers made from HPF diaphragms are used for predictable low-frequency performance, making them ideally suited for multi-channel systems.
