Classic
The Wilson Classic is a perfect fit with contemporary trends, drawing from the best acoustic designs of the 1960s and 1970s.
This is not just fashion and nostalgia, but a return to the principals of proven design, which is based on the volume of a solid, wide-wall enclosure, efficient, large drivers, and traditional crossover design.
The Wilson Classic is a classic 3-way design in a large cabinet for a bookshelf speaker. In this design, the larger cabinet width helps add more volume to the mid and high frequencies, offering much better tonal balance.

The woofer unit is a large, by modern standards, 8-inch (200 mm) design, also made of aluminium with a Kevlar cone.
Dual Bass Reflex & Terminals

As an added touch, a specially created brass-coloured nameplate with the Wilson logo in the centre of the rear panel adds a retro touch to the overall design.
At the back of the cabinet there is a Dual Bass Reflex bass port of precisely adjusted diameter and depth. This solution suggests placing the speakers in such a way that the distance between the rear wall of the cabinet and the room wall is at least 50cm.
Gold plated, double screw terminals with convenient, large nuts. This solution allows for biwiring.
